From the time you place your order with SunMaster UK Limited the installation department will take over, to deliver you a system you will be proud to own.

Step 1: Your order will be placed on our system. You will then be sent a letter confirming your order.

Step 2: You will be contacted by the survey department within 7-10 days of placing your order to arrange a convenient time and date for the survey to take place.

Step 3: The surveyor will look at all aspects of the property, including the airing cupboard, the loft and position of panels. At this point you will be able to raise any technical points that may be of concern to you. If the surveyor is unable to answer any technical questions they will be referred to our technical department to answer directly.

Step 4: Your cylinder and parts will now be ordered from our manufacturing plant.

Step 5: You will contacted by the Roof Installation department to arrange a time to fit the roof panels. Upon completion of the roof installation, your second payment will be due in accordance with the contractual payment schedule. All payments can either be paid by cash or cheque to the installation team on the day or directly to head office accounts over the phone who will charge the due amount to your credit card.

Step 6: Assuming a two part install, you will be contacted by our Installation Department to arrange a date for the final installation to take place. Weather and traffic permitting, our installation team will arrive on site between 8-10am. They will install the cylinder, pipe work and control monitoring system. This may take up to 2 days. You will always be left with water overnight and are kindly asked to remover all linen from the areas surrounding the installation. Upon completion you will be given a full explanation on the workings of the system. The installers will need to take a reading from your gas and electric meters. When this is completed and your final payment received, your invoice, voucher book and your SunMaster UK warranty will be posted to you. The installation teams are authorised by SunMaster UK to collect the outstanding balances by way of cheque, cash or credit card. (As step 5 stage payment).

NB: Some installations will be completed as a single install as opposed to a two part install i.e. roof & cylinder etc installed together in which case the whole balance will be due upon completion.
